  • Construction budget management (cost tracking, allowances, contingency, change order control, lender draw coordination support)

A licensed GC-led milestone review for homeowners building with another contractor—designed to catch issues early, document progress, and give you clear next steps.

​This Package Includes:

  • Kickoff call + document review (plans, specs, contract scope, selections/allowances, schedule)

  • 4 milestone site inspections (or 5 if you include closeout):

    • Footings / Forms (layout, bearing locations, rebar/steel placement basics, embeds/anchor plan, drainage considerations)

    • Under-Slab / Pre-Pour (plumbing rough, sleeves/penetrations, vapor barrier, reinforcement, elevations, slab prep readiness)

    • Framing (layout vs plans, openings, load paths/beam locations, framing quality, moisture management basics, pre-drywall readiness items)

    • MEP Rough-Ins (Mechanicals) (HVAC/plumbing/electrical routing conflicts, clearances, penetrations, bath/kitchen rough locations, pre-drywall issue list)

    • Closeout / Final Walkthrough (optional or included) (finish quality pass, punch list creation, closeout docs checklist)
